We have our own state of the art kitchen where we cook and prepares fresh, nutritious and delicious Kosher meals each day. All our food is Kosher certified and we try when we can to use organic ingredients. We serve a full breakfast with cut vegetables, including tomatoes, cucumbers, pepers, avocado and olives. We also serve sliced cheddar cheese, buttered toast, yogurt, hummus and Jam. For lunch we always serve a hot meal which includes beef, chicken, fish or a vegetarian option with either rice, couscous, pasta and a vegetable. We have two weekly menus that rotate to keep it interesting for the children. We also have special meals during special festivals such as chinese food at the chinese new year and a full seder lunch in passover.
